At the touch of a button, the standard electronic vehicle information centre (EVIC) displays data, such as outside temperature, compass heading, fuel economy, calculations and tyre pressure monitor that automatically checks each tyre for proper inflation and alerts the driver if low or excessive pressure is detected, which, in turn, also improves your fuel economy.

Gourmet coffees, exotic bottled water, fresh-squeezed juices... you drink nothing but the best - don't settle for an average cupholder. Sebring redefines the idea of in-vehicle beverages with a standard heated/cooled cupholder. An easy-to-use three-position switch on the console front surface operates the unit.

The all-new navigation/GPS/CD radio is Chrysler's most advanced infotainment system. its 20GB hard disc drive stores playlists, aps, and points of interest, JPEG images, and more. It also rips, stores, organises, shuffles, and plays approximately 1,600 digital music files from CDs or via the integrated USB port and input jack. The sattelite-guided GPS navigation system displays bird's-eye map view and turn-by-turn directions in twoo and three dimensions. Behind the motorised flip-down face resides a CD/DVD drive ensconced safely in a vibration-dampening mounting. You can even play movies on the 6.5" full-colour in-dash display when the vehicle is parked. A JPEG photo viewer lets you personalise the menu background - just like your home computer. best of all, in keeping with the Chrysler deisng philosophy: the entire setup is easy to use - featuring touch screen input.

Chrysler engineers specified only Boston Acoustics® speakers as standard eequipment on Sebring Limited. Six speakers are placed in carefully calculated locations. Equipped with larger magnets, expanded digital signal processing and paired with a high-power 276-watt six-channel amplifier, they fill the cabin with crisp, accurately reproduced sound.

Handling

The standard Electronic Stability Program (ESP) helps you maintain vehicle directional stability by applying selective braking and engine control. In addition, ESP is bundled with traction control, which helps maintain vehicle mobility by applying the brakes - and in some cases closing the throttle - to minimise wheel spin during acceleration.

A performance-tuned independent suspension keeps each tyre affixed to the road for superior control in hairpin turns, over uneven roads, and on high-speed straight-aways.

Speed-proportional steering gives light effort without affecting performance feel and speed. That means when moving at very low speeds in tight spots, such as parking, steering is smooth and easy; at higher speeds, steering is tight and precise for greater performance handling.

Front-wheel drive contributes to stability and traction on inclement roads. The system's equal-length half shafts smoothly transmit power to both wheels, preventing "torque steer".

Luxury means tuning out the world's annoyances. Concentrate on your dive at any speed thanks to Sebring's noise, vibration, and harshness reduction advances, developed and tested in over 300 wind tunnel hours. Sebring's body is injected with polyurethane foam, and all holes and cavities are plugged to prevent noise transmission and dampen vibration. Triple-sealed doors and thicker front glass cut offensive wind noise and drafts. And aerodynamic mirror housing plus low-profile wiper blades eliminate distracting wind-whistle.

Four-wheel antilock disc brakes (ABS) with brake assist, ESP and all-speed traction control - all standard - work together to help maintain your intended course in heavy-braking, low-traction or over/understeer conditions are detected.

Occupant Protection

Standard next-generation driver and front-passenger air bags, front and rear supplemental side-curtain air bags, and seat-mounted driver and front-passenger thorax supplemental side air bags deploy quickly in the event of a collision. Their output is determined by multiple sensors to match the incident's severity.

The enhanced accident response system (EARS) aids rescuers, should trouble happen, by automatically unlocking the doors and turning on Sebring's interior lamps after air bag deployment.
